Narrative:
Crj-200 trailing B737-700 (winglets) on arlin 3 STAR by 7 NM. Both aircraft assigned 11000 ft and 250 KTS per STAR. Crj pilot complained of wake from B73W; causing 35 degree roll. Pilot requested 10 degree turn to offset track. Do winglets increase or decrease vortex generation?
