Narrative:
An over pressure switch was changed for a pack problem. However; the old part was installed by mistake. The part tag and aml was also filled out accordingly. Parts placed too close to each other during late night hours.

Narrative: AN OVER PRESSURE SWITCH WAS CHANGED FOR A PACK PROB. HOWEVER; THE OLD PART WAS INSTALLED BY MISTAKE. THE PART TAG AND AML WAS ALSO FILLED OUT ACCORDINGLY. PARTS PLACED TOO CLOSE TO EACH OTHER DURING LATE NIGHT HOURS.
