Narrative:
While reviewing NOTAMS as radar controller in charge; I noticed a NOTAM changing minimums and adding a stepdown fix to ASR runway 21 chs. Information was not posted in the facility nor briefed to staff. Also noticed published missed approach for ILS runway 33 change in the NOTAMS. Nothing posted; changed in pubs; nor briefed.
