Narrative:
Entering the alleyway between international terminal and terminal 3 gates. Vision of ramp is obscured by a large white light mounted on a building to the south; head on to any crew taxiing into this area. The angle of the light needs to be lowered so as not to interfere with a pilot's view of the ramp area that is being approached or a shield to limit the lighting to just the ground or removal all together is needed.
