Narrative:
I removed and replaced the digital controller for a MEL to correct an automatic mode problem for the pressurization system. I connected the epov (electro pneumatic outflow valve) vacuum line tube; and ensured no safety wire was still installed to the epov for the existing MEL. The cannon plug was secured also before I had the pressurization adjustment/test performed. The pressurization worked in automatic and manual mode as I stated in the maintenance logbook. Therefore; I was very surprised to come back to work and hear about this incident. But I know that I connected this vacuum line tube to run my pressurization test.
