Narrative:

At cruise FL330; experienced 2 'yaw bumps' approximately 1 min apart followed by right engine failure. Declared emergency; began a descent; and received vectors to ZZZZ. Attempted 2 unsuccessful restarts. Completed checklists and made an uneventful overweight landing on runway 23 at ZZZZ. ZZZZ was chosen because of our position; runway length; and emergency ground equipment available. Coordination with local security; customs; agent; and dispatch. Deplaned the passenger into the terminal approximately 1 hour after gate arrival. Compliments to my crew; ATC; and ZZZZ ground personnel for smooth; professional handling of this unplanned event.
