Narrative:
Assigned zappa one SID out of fll; loaded and flew the fll nine departure. I've been flying in and out of fll for the last 5 yrs. I've never flown anything but the fll nine out of fll and I automatically just loaded it in the FMS. When the pre departure clearance for the flight stated zappa one we both read it. The first officer then briefed the fll nine departure and I accepted it. I led him down the primrose path since I'm the one who loaded the FMS. Both departures use an initial runway heading. We were surprised when the controller cleared us direct jumar. We questioned it saying we had the fll nine departure. The controller said he was showing the zappa one. He cleared us present heading to join the departure. Although there was never any conflict and no airspace was violated it could have been more of an issue if the two departures had been significantly different. As it is they both use the same initial heading and the same dhp 057 degree radial for climb out. I read what I had expected to see instead of what was actually there. I was complacent and stuck in a routine. I am now wide awake!

Narrative: ASSIGNED ZAPPA ONE SID OUT OF FLL; LOADED AND FLEW THE FLL NINE DEP. I'VE BEEN FLYING IN AND OUT OF FLL FOR THE LAST 5 YRS. I'VE NEVER FLOWN ANYTHING BUT THE FLL NINE OUT OF FLL AND I AUTOMATICALLY JUST LOADED IT IN THE FMS. WHEN THE PDC FOR THE FLT STATED ZAPPA ONE WE BOTH READ IT. THE FO THEN BRIEFED THE FLL NINE DEP AND I ACCEPTED IT. I LED HIM DOWN THE PRIMROSE PATH SINCE I'M THE ONE WHO LOADED THE FMS. BOTH DEPS USE AN INITIAL RWY HDG. WE WERE SURPRISED WHEN THE CTLR CLRED US DIRECT JUMAR. WE QUESTIONED IT SAYING WE HAD THE FLL NINE DEP. THE CTLR SAID HE WAS SHOWING THE ZAPPA ONE. HE CLRED US PRESENT HDG TO JOIN THE DEP. ALTHOUGH THERE WAS NEVER ANY CONFLICT AND NO AIRSPACE WAS VIOLATED IT COULD HAVE BEEN MORE OF AN ISSUE IF THE TWO DEPS HAD BEEN SIGNIFICANTLY DIFFERENT. AS IT IS THEY BOTH USE THE SAME INITIAL HDG AND THE SAME DHP 057 DEG RADIAL FOR CLBOUT. I READ WHAT I HAD EXPECTED TO SEE INSTEAD OF WHAT WAS ACTUALLY THERE. I WAS COMPLACENT AND STUCK IN A ROUTINE.
