Narrative:
Aircraft X arrived in ZZZ with a PIREP of a passenger medical oxygen bottle with low pressure. Upon inspection; mr X could hear oxygen leaking through the regulator. He replaced the oxygen bottle; filled out the paperwork; and turned it in. On a second review of the log page and svcable tag; I discovered that the tag was not stamped or signed 'ok to install.'
