Narrative:
Helicopter was on final over the numbers of runway 10. Unicom calls were made 10 mi; 5 mi; 3 mi; base and final. No traffic was observed. Local helicopter VFR arrival was utilized. Jet aircraft called on final when helicopter was approximately 100 ft AGL over numbers of runway 10. Helicopter announced position; jet went around on right side. Other aircraft were monitored during arrival. The first call monitored from the jet is when he called on final. The first time for visual on the jet was as he went around.

Title: AN A119 HELI PLT RPTS A NEAR MISS WITH A JET ON VERY SHORT FINAL TO CTAF HTO ON RWY 10.
Narrative: HELI WAS ON FINAL OVER THE NUMBERS OF RWY 10. UNICOM CALLS WERE MADE 10 MI; 5 MI; 3 MI; BASE AND FINAL. NO TFC WAS OBSERVED. LCL HELI VFR ARR WAS UTILIZED. JET ACFT CALLED ON FINAL WHEN HELI WAS APPROX 100 FT AGL OVER NUMBERS OF RWY 10. HELI ANNOUNCED POS; JET WENT AROUND ON R SIDE. OTHER ACFT WERE MONITORED DURING ARR. THE FIRST CALL MONITORED FROM THE JET IS WHEN HE CALLED ON FINAL. THE FIRST TIME FOR VISUAL ON THE JET WAS AS HE WENT AROUND.
