Narrative:
Offloaded blades and scheduled for repair. I had no idea that repairs on the shop orders were incorrect. Engineering and workload planner did not get together before putting the improper repairs on the shop orders. Repairs should not appear on shop orders unless they have been fully researched.

Title: AN ENG SHOP WORK SUPVR RPTS ENGINEERING AND WORKLOAD PLANNING FAILED TO RESEARCH COMPRESSOR BLADE REPAIR ORDER FOR BEING THE CORRECT REPAIR PROC.
Narrative: OFFLOADED BLADES AND SCHEDULED FOR REPAIR. I HAD NO IDEA THAT REPAIRS ON THE SHOP ORDERS WERE INCORRECT. ENGINEERING AND WORKLOAD PLANNER DID NOT GET TOGETHER BEFORE PUTTING THE IMPROPER REPAIRS ON THE SHOP ORDERS. REPAIRS SHOULD NOT APPEAR ON SHOP ORDERS UNLESS THEY HAVE BEEN FULLY RESEARCHED.
