Narrative:
On power up for taxi the jet blast from our engines on the global express moved a non-tied down C172 into an unknown type of aircraft. The minimum power to move our aircraft was used however due to our proximity to the other aircraft and that we were at our maximum takeoff weight our minimum jet blast moved the other airplane.
