Narrative:
My supervisor made me work while sick. He denied my request to use sick leave. His reason was due to short staffing. I had to work a position of in charge (controller in charge). This placed me in a position of responsibility of all other controllers while ill. I may have missed important safety issues affecting aircraft and needed to assist controllers.
