Narrative:
During preflight the captain noticed that the oxygen mask could not transmit. We notified maintenance of radio problem. Maintenance released aircraft. For over 12 hours all radios worked normal. When 30 mi from ZZZ2 on radar vectors; we noticed that all radios were unable to transmit and receive. Captain intercepted inbound arrival and flew airplane. We tried to troubleshoot radios. We made sure TCAS and terrain were working; we made sure to squawk 7600. We tried transmitting on XXX.X. We heard approach on XXX.X clear for approach and cleared us for landing. We continued. We never were able to transmit; but; had intermittent xmissions received. We did all checklists. We landed and cleared runway. We heard ground clear us to gate. We did and pilots went to the office in ZZZ2 and notified company and tower of what happened. We contacted dispatch also.
