Narrative:

As a PIC I arrived to the cockpit after the first officer; because I was taking care of the passenger baggage; the sic told me that everything was ready; he asked for the clearance and told me the departure procedure; the teb 5; is very simple runway heading climb to 1500 ft. Turn right heading 280 degrees then climb to 2000 ft missing the 4.5 miles. I accepted that and I didn't check the procedure for myself. After the takeoff departure control told us that we made a deviation of our clearance. When I check the procedure I saw the mistake that we were doing climbing 2 miles before of the normal procedure at 2.5 miles.
