Narrative:
I was working in the south satellite position utilizing the srq ARSR. The stars display was in the 'fs' mode. The system area at this stars work station indicated that only level 1 and level 2 WX were available; and they were both being displayed. When I selected display all WX. I received a display of level 1 through level 4 WX that was imbedded within the level 1 and level 2 WX. The system area is still indicating that only level 1 and level 2 are available. Further investigation revealed that the level 3 and level 4 WX being displayed were coming from the tpa ARSR. I am required to display the highest intensity WX available; which in this particular instance was level 1 and level 2. The problem is level 3 and level 4 WX were available and from a different radar site and could be displayed; however; I had no way of knowing that it was available because my system area just shows me what is available from the radar site selected. A corrective action to this problem would be to indicate; in the system area; all WX available at a work station regardless of which radar site it is derived from.

A CORRECTIVE ACTION TO THIS PROB WOULD BE TO INDICATE; IN THE SYS AREA; ALL WX AVAILABLE AT A WORK STATION REGARDLESS OF WHICH RADAR SITE IT IS DERIVED FROM.
