Narrative:

Expected runway of landing runway 22L; after completing approach checklist; ATC changed landing runway to 22R. At approximately 10 miles out; I observed the PF had the localizer for runway 22L captured. As I spoke up; simultaneously ATC instructed us to turn and climb. PF flying raw data in IMC and high workload environment. PF did not brief that approach would be raw data.

Narrative: EXPECTED RWY OF LNDG RWY 22L; AFTER COMPLETING APCH CHKLIST; ATC CHANGED LNDG RWY TO 22R. AT APPROX 10 MILES OUT; I OBSERVED THE PF HAD THE LOCALIZER FOR RWY 22L CAPTURED. AS I SPOKE UP; SIMULTANEOUSLY ATC INSTRUCTED US TO TURN AND CLB. PF FLYING RAW DATA IN IMC AND HIGH WORKLOAD ENVIRONMENT. PF DID NOT BRIEF THAT APCH WOULD BE RAW DATA.
