Narrative:
We were approaching departure time; and the aircraft had not yet been catered. At once; the caterers showed up with 2 trucks; one in the forward cabin; and the other in the aft cabin. All was catered before departure. The doors had been closed and armed; with the jetway pulled. Unbeknownst to us; a truck showed up at the rear of the aircraft. We were in the aisle doing our safety demonstration; at one point in the demonstration; we heard a loud hiss. The aft slide at 2L had been deployed by the caterers. We ran to the back to see if everyone was ok.

Narrative: WE WERE APCHING DEP TIME; AND THE ACFT HAD NOT YET BEEN CATERED. AT ONCE; THE CATERERS SHOWED UP WITH 2 TRUCKS; ONE IN THE FORWARD CABIN; AND THE OTHER IN THE AFT CABIN. ALL WAS CATERED BEFORE DEP. THE DOORS HAD BEEN CLOSED AND ARMED; WITH THE JETWAY PULLED. UNBEKNOWNST TO US; A TRUCK SHOWED UP AT THE REAR OF THE ACFT. WE WERE IN THE AISLE DOING OUR SAFETY DEMO; AT ONE POINT IN THE DEMO; WE HEARD A LOUD HISS. THE AFT SLIDE AT 2L HAD BEEN DEPLOYED BY THE CATERERS. WE RAN TO THE BACK TO SEE IF EVERYONE WAS OK.
