Narrative:
As the PF of the eldee 1 RNAV with the autoplt engaged; we were informed by ATC that we were off course. This alarmed us because all of our equipment (FMS and mfd map) showed us on the appropriate course. We were approaching the 'manne' intersection at the time. We informed ATC our equipment showed us on the correct course; and ATC gave us a left heading which we complied with. ATC informed us that the same thing has happened to other aircraft on the arrival recently. Our FMS database was current and we had the most up-to-date charts. Since all of our indications within the airplane showed us on course and our database and charts were current; it leads me to believe there is a problem between our equipment and either the eldee 1 RNAV arrival itself or ATC's equipment.

Title: EMB145 FLT CREW HAS A TRACK HDG DEV ON THE ELDEE 1 RNAV TO DCA.
Narrative: AS THE PF OF THE ELDEE 1 RNAV WITH THE AUTOPLT ENGAGED; WE WERE INFORMED BY ATC THAT WE WERE OFF COURSE. THIS ALARMED US BECAUSE ALL OF OUR EQUIP (FMS AND MFD MAP) SHOWED US ON THE APPROPRIATE COURSE. WE WERE APCHING THE 'MANNE' INTXN AT THE TIME. WE INFORMED ATC OUR EQUIP SHOWED US ON THE CORRECT COURSE; AND ATC GAVE US A L HDG WHICH WE COMPLIED WITH. ATC INFORMED US THAT THE SAME THING HAS HAPPENED TO OTHER ACFT ON THE ARR RECENTLY. OUR FMS DATABASE WAS CURRENT AND WE HAD THE MOST UP-TO-DATE CHARTS. SINCE ALL OF OUR INDICATIONS WITHIN THE AIRPLANE SHOWED US ON COURSE AND OUR DATABASE AND CHARTS WERE CURRENT; IT LEADS ME TO BELIEVE THERE IS A PROB BTWN OUR EQUIP AND EITHER THE ELDEE 1 RNAV ARR ITSELF OR ATC'S EQUIP.
