Narrative:

During climb from FL280 to FL300; master caution lights flickered on; then off. No annunciator lights were illuminated. Within 60 seconds; master caution lights flickered again; this time we saw that the r-hand CSD low oil pressure light flickered on then off in conjunction with the master caution. Checked in/rise temperatures. Rise temperature pegged at maximum deflection. Referred to flight manual and complied with irregular procedure for CSD low oil pressure/excessive rise temperature (disconnected r-hand CSD; confirmed disconnect; started APU and placed APU generator on line). Continued to destination and conducted an uneventful visual approach to landing at iad.
