Narrative:
3 events; gru to ZZZ; of needing to use transponder 7600 and 121.5 attempts to communicate due to multiple ATC sectors failing to answer calls on assigned frequency; charts frequencys; traditional frequencys we use on these rtes for past 3 yrs; 2 recently published NOTAM replacement frequencys; 121.5; HF -- nobody around on 123.45; HF useless. 7600 and 121.5 used for blind transmission reports immediately for their failure to communicate; sometimes when 'trw' deviation required for safety. Sent dispatch messages and asked for help. Providing an fom (flight operations manual) with exact language from ICAO documents and annexes as well as exact language for each country would assist in decision making and protecting the crew from the military hacks running the aviation ATC system and provide crews with the same tools available in commercial subscriptions onboard every business jet.
