Narrative:
On reflection I should have made more substantive turns to be able to see a larger cone of vision. Be assured that this will be done. I was taxiing my pitts S15 single place aerobatic tailwheel aircraft south on taxiway a for departure on runway 5. I made clearing turns and mentally noted that there were 2 aircraft at the run-up area for runway 5. I observed one of the aircraft taxiing into position on runway 5. Believing that there were only 2 aircraft there I thought that I had accounted for all the aircraft. I realize now that one other aircraft was there and that he was behind the 2 other aircraft. I did not see him and my propeller struck the wingtip of that aircraft; subjecting it to substantial damage. My aircraft was not damaged. The engine will have to be inspected due to sudden stoppage.
