Narrative:
The crew was using commercial charts. There was a cross at or below restr at pom of 7000 ft. We were cleared to 14000 ft and did not see the 7000 ft restr. Commercial charts can be confusing.

Narrative: THE CREW WAS USING COMMERCIAL CHARTS. THERE WAS A CROSS AT OR BELOW RESTR AT POM OF 7000 FT. WE WERE CLRED TO 14000 FT AND DID NOT SEE THE 7000 FT RESTR. COMMERCIAL CHARTS CAN BE CONFUSING.
