Narrative:
On landing roll runway 28; we were given right on runway 02/20 then right on taxiway a. I inadvertently turned onto taxiway east instead of taxiway a. I took the first right off runway 02/20 which should have been taxiway a; according to the agc. Taxiway east not depicted on the agc. Taxiway east is a high speed turn off from runway 28; prior to runway 02/20; to the intersection of runway 02/20; taxiway a; and taxiway G. With low visibility and no sign for taxiway east; I thought I was on taxiway a. Tower noticed my mistake and gave us clearance onto runway 28 and then to the ramp. It takes months to build a taxiway; how long does it take to put a taxiway on taxi charts?

Narrative: ON LNDG ROLL RWY 28; WE WERE GIVEN R ON RWY 02/20 THEN R ON TXWY A. I INADVERTENTLY TURNED ONTO TXWY E INSTEAD OF TXWY A. I TOOK THE FIRST R OFF RWY 02/20 WHICH SHOULD HAVE BEEN TXWY A; ACCORDING TO THE AGC. TXWY E NOT DEPICTED ON THE AGC. TXWY E IS A HIGH SPEED TURN OFF FROM RWY 28; PRIOR TO RWY 02/20; TO THE INTERSECTION OF RWY 02/20; TXWY A; AND TXWY G. WITH LOW VISIBILITY AND NO SIGN FOR TXWY E; I THOUGHT I WAS ON TXWY A. TOWER NOTICED MY MISTAKE AND GAVE US CLRNC ONTO RWY 28 AND THEN TO THE RAMP. IT TAKES MONTHS TO BUILD A TXWY; HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PUT A TXWY ON TAXI CHARTS?
