Narrative:
Runways at slc were changed several times and we forgot to change the FMS from the south arrival to the north arrival. We started heading for ogden instead of dyann but we soon corrected course to go to dyann.

Narrative: RWYS AT SLC WERE CHANGED SEVERAL TIMES AND WE FORGOT TO CHANGE THE FMS FROM THE S ARR TO THE N ARR. WE STARTED HEADING FOR OGDEN INSTEAD OF DYANN BUT WE SOON CORRECTED COURSE TO GO TO DYANN.
