Narrative:
After pushback and tug disconnect; and clear of vehicle lane; ramp control cleared us to taxi. After releasing parking brake; and clearing left and right; suddenly a de-ice truck traveling at high speed passed from right rear about 6 ft from right wingtip. Had we not cleared right side prior to moving; there would have breen a serious collision. Truck never stopped or slowed; and continued towards service hangar. Today we observed a similar truck traveling down same traffic lane at a high speed as well. All ramp personnel needs to be aware of moving aircraft.
