Narrative:
We departed ord runway 32L at intersection T10. The takeoff was normal. It was performed using flaps 2 with a flex temperature of 61 degrees. Shortly after takeoff we received a new final weight manifest which had an increased ZFW of approximately 1600 pounds. The passenger count on the new manifest was 8/79 vice 6/73 on the old manifest. An actual count was requested and the new count proved to be correct. Our takeoff weight with the new manifest was approximately 800 pounds over the maximum weight for the flex temperature selected. Load planning was notified and we continued on without incident.
