Narrative:

This is a follow-on to an earlier report about sequ (including computer training for non-stabilized approachs; computer training for 180 KT threshold ground speeds; language issues; etc). The company's determination to save money by removing training into la paz; bolivia; I believe to be unwise. Again; a computer can't show what high ground speeds look like; slow engine spool up time feel like; what using the oxygen mask really feels like and so on. We now have first officer's training new capts. Unwise. I don't know who is making these financial decisions; but I suspect they've not been flying uio or paz much; if ever.
