Narrative:
Our flight was cleared to taxi to runway 2R via taxiway F. Neither the captain nor I had extensive experience flying from rplc. When cleared to taxi; there was no sign of taxiway F. We determined via our airport diagram its position. As we started to roll; we were cleared for takeoff on runway 2R. We crossed a very wide unmarked taxiway that we both mistook for runway 2L. When we approached runway 2L it was not labeled and we lined up for takeoff thinking we were on runway 2R. The only sign I saw was on the far side of the runway as we positioned that read runways 2R/20L. Because the runways (2L/2R) are staggered we did not see the right runway as we positioned (both runways are of equal length). When I looked at the map to check our alignment; it looked tight. At approximately 120 KTS; I heard the captain say 'I think we are on the wrong runway.' we rotated and climbed without further incident. The only transmission from tower was to contact departure passing 5000 ft.

Title: B737 CREW FAILS TO TURN AS DIRECTED BY THE PRADO 6 DEP OUT OF ONT.
Narrative: OUR FLT WAS CLRED TO TAXI TO RWY 2R VIA TXWY F. NEITHER THE CAPT NOR I HAD EXTENSIVE EXPERIENCE FLYING FROM RPLC. WHEN CLRED TO TAXI; THERE WAS NO SIGN OF TXWY F. WE DETERMINED VIA OUR ARPT DIAGRAM ITS POS. AS WE STARTED TO ROLL; WE WERE CLRED FOR TKOF ON RWY 2R. WE CROSSED A VERY WIDE UNMARKED TXWY THAT WE BOTH MISTOOK FOR RWY 2L. WHEN WE APCHED RWY 2L IT WAS NOT LABELED AND WE LINED UP FOR TKOF THINKING WE WERE ON RWY 2R. THE ONLY SIGN I SAW WAS ON THE FAR SIDE OF THE RWY AS WE POSITIONED THAT READ RWYS 2R/20L. BECAUSE THE RWYS (2L/2R) ARE STAGGERED WE DID NOT SEE THE R RWY AS WE POSITIONED (BOTH RWYS ARE OF EQUAL LENGTH). WHEN I LOOKED AT THE MAP TO CHK OUR ALIGNMENT; IT LOOKED TIGHT. AT APPROX 120 KTS; I HEARD THE CAPT SAY 'I THINK WE ARE ON THE WRONG RWY.' WE ROTATED AND CLBED WITHOUT FURTHER INCIDENT. THE ONLY XMISSION FROM TWR WAS TO CONTACT DEP PASSING 5000 FT.
