Narrative:

Not sure; it could be just a coincidence that one reverser malfunctioned one day and the other reverser the next. Aborted takeoff due to thrust reverser disagreement engine #2. Noticed in the logbook history that thrust reverser engine #1 was on dmi the day before. I believe that a part was swapped from #1 engine to #2 engine. This may be perfectly normal in this business and may be perfectly safe. I'm not submitting this report to judge either way; but I think it is worth reporting.

Title: E145 CAPTAIN IS CONCERNED THAT CONSECUTIVE FAILURES OF LEFT AND RIGHT REVERSERS OCCURRED WITH MAINT ACTION IN BETWEEN. WONDERS IF A PARTS SWAP MAY HAVE OCCURRED.
