Narrative:
Right-hand recirculation fan was written up inoperative on air carrier X and deferred to ZZZ on mar/tue/07. Checked history and service bulletin and replaced fan per maintenance manual 21-25-00. During operations check of system fan remained inoperative. Checked east&east compartment and found circuit breaker popped on r-hand recirculation fan and noted forward waterline heater popped. Informed lead of situation. Replaced relay (K416) no help. Later that night noticed 3 each more breakers popped forward pit lights; forward cargo loader drive and forward cargo loader control. Reset forward cargo lights; could not reset either of the cargo loader breakers. To my knowledge all items were deferred and aircraft was released. Callback conversation with reporter revealed the following information: reporter states he and another mechanic were quite concerned about the additional circuit breakers popping after they had replaced the rh recirc fan. With so many electrical issues showing up; someone suggested to this reporter to file an ASRS report.

CALLBACK CONVERSATION WITH RPTR REVEALED THE FOLLOWING INFO: RPTR STATES HE AND ANOTHER MECHANIC WERE QUITE CONCERNED ABOUT THE ADDITIONAL CIRCUIT BREAKERS POPPING AFTER THEY HAD REPLACED THE RH RECIRC FAN. WITH SO MANY ELECTRICAL ISSUES SHOWING UP; SOMEONE SUGGESTED TO THIS REPORTER TO FILE AN ASRS RPT.
