Narrative:

After before takeoff checklist complete; first officer called for taxi. Ground control said taxi to runway 17R. After reviewing the airport page; I started to advance thrust levers. As we started to move; ground control came back on the radio and said company #. There was a pause. I knew he was going to change our taxi instructions so I stopped the aircraft. I was thinking he was going to change runways; but ground control said taxi to runway 17R at bravo intersection. Looking back at the airport page; I saw bravo intersection; identifying it as south of runway 11/29. I started taxiing; crossed runway 11/29 and held short of intersection bravo at runway 17R. Tower contacted us and said we were holding short at foxtrot. First officer said no; we were at bravo. I looked at the airport page again and realized my mistake. We asked tower if there was a traffic conflict and apologized for my mistake. He said there was no problem and proceeded to clear us for takeoff at runway 17R foxtrot intersection. Be more familiar with every airport. If ground control would not have changed the initial clearance; we would have taxied to the correct place. I just had it in my head we were doing an intersection departure; meaning south of my original taxi point. If we could get the letter B location changed at foxtrot intersection of runway 17R.

Title: FLT CREW OF B737-700 EXPERIENCED A RWY INCURSION ON RWY 11/29 WHEN; CLRED VIA TXWY B; THEY USE TXWY F IN ERROR.

Narrative: AFTER BEFORE TKOF CHECKLIST COMPLETE; FO CALLED FOR TAXI. GND CTL SAID TAXI TO RWY 17R. AFTER REVIEWING THE AIRPORT PAGE; I STARTED TO ADVANCE THRUST LEVERS. AS WE STARTED TO MOVE; GND CTL CAME BACK ON THE RADIO AND SAID COMPANY #. THERE WAS A PAUSE. I KNEW HE WAS GOING TO CHANGE OUR TAXI INSTRUCTIONS SO I STOPPED THE ACFT. I WAS THINKING HE WAS GOING TO CHANGE RWYS; BUT GND CTL SAID TAXI TO RWY 17R AT BRAVO INTXN. LOOKING BACK AT THE AIRPORT PAGE; I SAW BRAVO INTXN; IDENTIFYING IT AS S OF RWY 11/29. I STARTED TAXIING; CROSSED RWY 11/29 AND HELD SHORT OF INTXN BRAVO AT RWY 17R. TWR CONTACTED US AND SAID WE WERE HOLDING SHORT AT FOXTROT. FO SAID NO; WE WERE AT BRAVO. I LOOKED AT THE AIRPORT PAGE AGAIN AND REALIZED MY MISTAKE. WE ASKED TWR IF THERE WAS A TFC CONFLICT AND APOLOGIZED FOR MY MISTAKE. HE SAID THERE WAS NO PROB AND PROCEEDED TO CLEAR US FOR TKOF AT RWY 17R FOXTROT INTXN. BE MORE FAMILIAR WITH EVERY AIRPORT. IF GND CTL WOULD NOT HAVE CHANGED THE INITIAL CLRNC; WE WOULD HAVE TAXIED TO THE CORRECT PLACE. I JUST HAD IT IN MY HEAD WE WERE DOING AN INTXN DEP; MEANING SOUTH OF MY ORIGINAL TAXI POINT. IF WE COULD GET THE LETTER B LOCATION CHANGED AT FOXTROT INTXN OF RWY 17R.
