Narrative:
During takeoff roll V1 and vr were not on the speed tape. Accomplished callouts by referring to FMC display and reference to the speed tape. All other speeds were on the tape. (V2 and flap retraction speeds.) we don't know why this happened but would like to. New FMC software version was installed.

Title: B737 NG FLT CREW NOTICED ON TAKEOFF ROLL V1 AND VR WERE NOT DISPLAYED ON THE SPEED TAPE.
Narrative: DURING TKOF ROLL V1 AND VR WERE NOT ON THE SPD TAPE. ACCOMPLISHED CALLOUTS BY REFERRING TO FMC DISPLAY AND REF TO THE SPD TAPE. ALL OTHER SPDS WERE ON THE TAPE. (V2 AND FLAP RETRACTION SPDS.) WE DON'T KNOW WHY THIS HAPPENED BUT WOULD LIKE TO. NEW FMC SOFTWARE VERSION WAS INSTALLED.
