Narrative:
Pressurization system failure. Descending into alb at approximately 5000 ft MSL the automatic pressure controller failed. We were unable to regain control with the standby system. We were able to control it with the manual system before landing. We felt and heard the depressurization and cockpit pressurization panel confirmed it. We followed procedures outlined in QRH. Controled cabin pressure manually. Cannot avoid this; it is a mechanical failure.
