Narrative:

I was the load planner for a flight from rsw to mci. The agent in rsw put in his container one line off for the aft bin and it was entered as F2 bl 64/1920. The bl 64/1920 was actually in A1; the aft bin. The numbers that the crew received were correct for weight; but the stabilizer setting changed by 1.2 and we did not notice the error until the flight had left. I notified the dispatcher as soon as I noticed the error and he notified the crew. The agent in mci was checking the container and called me to verify the load plan. The dispatcher was notified and he notified the crew.
