Narrative:

Air carrier X was turned 20 degrees left for aircraft Y over pillo intersection and told to expect direct swatt. Air carrier X was then cleared direct pillo. I did not hear the clearance issued. The r-side and I noticed a turn by air carrier X into aircraft Y. The r-side then took corrective actions.

Narrative: ACR X WAS TURNED 20 DEGS L FOR ACFT Y OVER PILLO INTXN AND TOLD TO EXPECT DIRECT SWATT. ACR X WAS THEN CLRED DIRECT PILLO. I DID NOT HEAR THE CLRNC ISSUED. THE R-SIDE AND I NOTICED A TURN BY ACR X INTO ACFT Y. THE R-SIDE THEN TOOK CORRECTIVE ACTIONS.
