Narrative:
Captain was fatigued due to 5 days of work with long duty days 12-14 hours long with very early show times (XC00 am wake-up at XA30 am). Ground control cleared our aircraft to taxi to runway 22L via taxiway B; cross runway 22R; then taxiway J. Instead of turning left on taxiway J; I turned right and almost crossed runway 11/29. A very alert first officer alerted me that we should have turned left. We then received clearance to taxi onto runway 11/29 to make a 180 degree turn and go in the right direction.
