Narrative:
Parachute aircraft called 3 mins before release. I called parachute activity for E60 airport to king air; then noticed jump aircraft 8 mi southwest of airport. King air reports staying clear to west; etc. King air panics; asks what he should do. Jump aircraft says jumpers in air but only moving 40 mph toward airport. We all held breath.
