Narrative:
While in cruise the engine fire light and bell went off. Engine was shut off. Crew declared an emergency and diverted. After landing initial indications indicated a false fire warning.

Title: CL 600 FLT CREW SHUT DOWN ENGINE AFTER FIRE WARNING AND DIVERTED.
Narrative: WHILE IN CRUISE THE ENG FIRE LIGHT AND BELL WENT OFF. ENG WAS SHUT OFF. CREW DECLARED AN EMER AND DIVERTED. AFTER LNDG INITIAL INDICATIONS INDICATED A FALSE FIRE WARNING.
