Narrative:
Taking off; #4 engine failure after V1; just airborne. ATC advised us of engine flames; 2 grass fires and debris left on runway. Declared emergency. Severe damage checklist. Dump fuel flying; ATC assigned headings. Coordination with dispatch; ATC; flight attendants and passenger. Return to land uneventful. Debrief with flight office management and maintenance. Took care of crew.
