Narrative:

After coming up from the last break; the first officer said she noticed behind her flight bag 2 circuit breakers; C1 and C2 on the P6-1 panel were out and a maintenance tag hanging from them saying do not reset. It appears it was left over from previous maintenance and not removed and the circuit breakers not reset. Maintenance control was notified. The circuit breakers were for RAT automatic and RAT main. The circuit breakers were obscured by the flight bag and were easy to miss.
