Cleared for takeoff runway 9L; told fly runway heading. At 800 ft; saw osprey V22 at same altitude along beach. Airbus A321 cleared osprey by 400 ft. TCAS showed osprey flying well over 500 ft beach limit. A321 climbed above at absolute maximum rate to avoid collision.
