Narrative:
The flight attendant called me and said she smelled something burning. I told the captain and he said we will turn around and go back to the gate. We both then also smelled something burning. I called the flight attendant back and she said there was smoke in the cabin. We decided to stop right there and evacuate/evacuation. I called ground control and declared an emergency; requested crash fire rescue equipment and told him we had smoke in the cabin and that we were going to evacuate/evacuation the aircraft. We completed our memory items and I got up to go assist the flight attendant. She opened the door and I dropped the stairs. I went outside; stood in front of the propeller and directed the passenger to a safe area away from the airplane. Crash fire rescue equipment arrived and assisted us. The smoke stopped and there was no fire. The plane was towed to the apron for further review.
