Narrative:

Air carrier X and air carrier Y were both inbound to land san juan. Air carrier X was approximately 7 mi in trail of air carrier Y when they were radar contacted; then cleared direct sadlr and san juan. Both were giving a crossing restr to cross sadlr at 110 ft and 250 KTS. R4 and R6 sector was combined; the ZMA had just split in sector 6. Training was being done on D4. Strips were being posted late. WX deviations were on departure and arrival. Approximately 20 mi north of sadlr a loss of separation occurred between the 2 aircraft. I then reestablished the appropriate separation and finished the session. I notified the supervisor an error may have occurred. The sector was extremely complex and a coordinator was assigned to the position; but it was too late the error already had occurred.
