Narrative:
Aircraft/ground vehicle collision was averted by abruptly stopping the aircraft less than 10 ft from the gate parking position. Once again; a tug with baggage cart in tow drove rapidly through the parking clear area directly in front of the aircraft; across the yellow lines; while the aircraft was still moving forward. Please! Help fix the ramp safety problems in mia.

Title: A B757 PILOT REPORTS A NEAR COLLISION WITH A MOVING BAGGAGE TUG WHILE TAXIING IN AND JUST PRIOR TO STOPPING AT THE GATE.
Narrative: ACFT/GND VEHICLE COLLISION WAS AVERTED BY ABRUPTLY STOPPING THE ACFT LESS THAN 10 FT FROM THE GATE PARKING POS. ONCE AGAIN; A TUG WITH BAGGAGE CART IN TOW DROVE RAPIDLY THROUGH THE PARKING CLEAR AREA DIRECTLY IN FRONT OF THE ACFT; ACROSS THE YELLOW LINES; WHILE THE ACFT WAS STILL MOVING FORWARD. PLEASE! HELP FIX THE RAMP SAFETY PROBS IN MIA.
