Narrative:

Exiting taxiway B south port; clearance was to taxi to runway 32L via A9 taxiway T. As we approached taxiway T an EMB170 was taxiing south on taxiway T to our right. There were no instructions to hold for him. He appeared to slow down briefly but it became apparent that he was not stopping. I braked with moderate force short of taxiway T and heard a noise in the galley. The first officer responded to a call from the cabin. It was the purser who informed the first officer that she was injured. I notified tower that we would hold in the pad on the other side of runway 32L. I talked to the purser once we stopped in the pad. She said she was injured and would document it. I asked if she wanted to go back to the gate. She said yes. I asked her if she wanted medical attention. She declined and said she would see her chiropractor in the morning. We returned to the gate. We requested a flight attendant supervisor to meet the plane. I called dispatch and also talked to the duty manager. The purser was replaced and we were refueled and departed. At the gate the flight attendant told me that at the time of the braking she was bent over and not balanced. Both the other flight attendants were standing but did not fall.
