Narrative:
I was working the flatrock sector with multiple aircraft inbound. I cleared beechjet for a visual approach to runway 2. The next aircraft in sequence was an E145. I saw that the sequence was not going to work. I intended to coordinate with tappa sector and send an E145 to runway 34. Aircraft Z called for clearance off of ofp airport. I got distraction during another coordination. The E145 called the field in sight. Reflexively I cleared the E145 for the visual approach to runway 2 and switched him to the tower. I immediately recognized my error and called the tower to coordinate a resequence. To no avail. Separation was lost.

THE E145 CALLED THE FIELD IN SIGHT. REFLEXIVELY I CLRED THE E145 FOR THE VISUAL APCH TO RWY 2 AND SWITCHED HIM TO THE TWR. I IMMEDIATELY RECOGNIZED MY ERROR AND CALLED THE TWR TO COORDINATE A RESEQUENCE. TO NO AVAIL. SEPARATION WAS LOST.
