Narrative:
We were climbing through 10000 ft when the #2 engine flamed out. We declared an emergency and turned back to the airport. After 3 mins the engine relit and a normal landing was made. (This aircraft has 3 PIREPS in the last 2 days related to power failure and engine vibration on the #2 engine.)

Narrative: WE WERE CLBING THROUGH 10000 FT WHEN THE #2 ENG FLAMED OUT. WE DECLARED AN EMER AND TURNED BACK TO THE ARPT. AFTER 3 MINS THE ENG RELIT AND A NORMAL LNDG WAS MADE. (THIS ACFT HAS 3 PIREPS IN THE LAST 2 DAYS RELATED TO PWR FAILURE AND ENG VIBRATION ON THE #2 ENG.)
