Narrative:
A BE1900 was cleared to land runway 25R. I was cleared to cross runway 25R and hold short runway 25L. The sun was approximately 8 degrees on the final for runway 25R. I did not hear anyone get cleared to land. I could not see (sun glare) anyone attempting to land. I crossed the runway as instructed. We finally noticed each other probably 1/2 mi or so. The BE1900 leveled and slowed and questioned the tower. I scooted right out of the way. It took the tower quite a while to figure out what had just happened.
