Narrative:

During loading of my flight I was distraction from loading the wing locker. While an air carrier employee adjusted the barrier net to fit the rear of the main fuselage; I was loading the wing locker with packages. Eventually; he was able to secure the barrier net; that I was not strong enough to secure; and I began loading the packages behind the barrier net. I had walked away from the right wing locker to check on the progress; and then since he had success; I began loading the rear of the aircraft. Consequently; I did not secure the right wing locker and lost some packages on taxi and takeoff. I did take off without securing the right wing locker. Callback conversation with reporter revealed the following information: the reporter stated that many nearby extraneous events were occurring around him during the period of his aircraft's loading. Another aircraft was starting beside him while his loading was progressing forcing him to stop and cover his ears until the aircraft left and the other person loading freight was working on his own. In the end; the reporter simply failed to do a final walk around to look at the cargo doors. There are no lights on any of the doors and it is simply a matter of the a pilot preflting the aircraft completely.

Narrative: DURING LOADING OF MY FLT I WAS DISTR FROM LOADING THE WING LOCKER. WHILE AN ACR EMPLOYEE ADJUSTED THE BARRIER NET TO FIT THE REAR OF THE MAIN FUSELAGE; I WAS LOADING THE WING LOCKER WITH PACKAGES. EVENTUALLY; HE WAS ABLE TO SECURE THE BARRIER NET; THAT I WAS NOT STRONG ENOUGH TO SECURE; AND I BEGAN LOADING THE PACKAGES BEHIND THE BARRIER NET. I HAD WALKED AWAY FROM THE R WING LOCKER TO CHK ON THE PROGRESS; AND THEN SINCE HE HAD SUCCESS; I BEGAN LOADING THE REAR OF THE ACFT. CONSEQUENTLY; I DID NOT SECURE THE R WING LOCKER AND LOST SOME PACKAGES ON TAXI AND TKOF. I DID TAKE OFF WITHOUT SECURING THE R WING LOCKER.
