Narrative:

Climbing through FL200 assigned mach .78; 5 miles in trail and 1000 feet below an A320; aircraft experienced one heavy bump of turbulence; then again at FL300. Center then cleared us to climb to FL350; cruise; and assigned normal speed leaving FL330. No further turbulence occured. No obstructions to visibility in clear air. At cruise was informed that a flight attendant had fallen at FL200.

Narrative: CLIMBING THROUGH FL200 ASSIGNED MACH .78; 5 MILES IN TRAIL AND 1000 FEET BELOW AN A320; ACFT EXPERIENCED ONE HEAVY BUMP OF TURBULENCE; THEN AGAIN AT FL300. CENTER THEN CLEARED US TO CLIMB TO FL350; CRUISE; AND ASSIGNED NORMAL SPEED LEAVING FL330. NO FURTHER TURBULENCE OCCURED. NO OBSTRUCTIONS TO VISIBILITY IN CLEAR AIR.
